Job Description
As a Project Manager / Executive, you need to take ownership, control, and responsibility of the projects to ensure they are delivered to customer satisfaction, are fit for purpose, on schedule and to budget, whilst maintaining quality control always.
You will play an important role in
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer, gaining acceptance to proposal and changes.
- Ensure effective handover of project from Sales to Project Management.
- Estimating timelines, measuring risk, and devising mitigation strategies for identified risks.
- Develop a schedule for project completion.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Execute the project according to the project plan.
- Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Compile and manage the User Acceptance Test (UAT) document for project closure.
- Assist Service Delivery Manager to perform risk management regarding project management.
- To ensure all procedure implemented accordingly to Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
- At least Diploma in Engineering / IT or similar.
- At least 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- If you are currently working in Information Technology / Telecommunication Industries, you are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
