- Monitor customer network status (via NMS system)
- Notify customer regarding abnormalities on their network
- 1st level network troubleshooting
- Manage escalation process between 2nd level (Engineering team & respective support team)
- Manage onsite support arrangement & replacement unit
- Prepare on demand/monthly report
- Able to work shift basis (24×7).
- Good communication skills (both oral & written).
- Good abstract thinking and problem solving skills, able to work and communicate with all levels
- Mature and positive attitude, strong sense of quality and responsibility, able to work well in a fast- paced, multi-cultured dynamic environment.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year of working experience in related field is required for this position.
